The Yagas are a New York–based band formed in 2023. The group’s frontwoman is actress Vera Farmiga. Its lineup also features Renn Hawkey (Deadsy) on keyboards and serving as producer, Jason Bowman on drums, Mark Visconti on guitar, and Mike Davis on bass.
Midnight Minuet is their debut album, which explores themes of grief, solitude, and transformation.
The album was produced by Renn Hawkey and mixed by Grammy nominee Brian Virtue (Deftones, 30 Seconds to Mars), with Grammy winner Emily Lazar (Beck, Coldplay) handling the mastering.
